As Deputy Manager of Strode Park House, you will assist the Registered Manager to oversee our home, so it provides the best possible day to day lived experience for residents. You will help to ensure the safe, high-quality nursing and support services and that the home operates smoothly in terms of care quality, contractual, financial obligations, maintaining a positive reputation.
