Helen Taylor

I have worked for Strode Park Foundation since November 2021, Initially as HR Manager, and then from November 2022 as HR Director. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have worked in HR for 20 years.

I have previous experience in HR in higher education, further education, the civil service and care and charity sectors. I am passionate about using my skills and experience to organisations that share my values and working with colleagues to provide positive and supportive working environment for staff, that in turn enhances and improves the experience of our service users.

Outside of work I volunteer as a school governor, enjoy cycling and any exercise that gets me outdoors, and spending time at the beach with my two children.
