June 2024 Monthly Thank You

As we do every month, we have lots of amazing people, businesses, and organisations to thank and we want to share the wonderful ways in which they have and are continuing to support the charity and our work.

Without all of these supporters we would not be able to support our residents and clients the way we do.

To begin, we’d like to say thank you to:
• Active Life and Metro Bank for their kind donation of time volunteering at our Theatre in the Park this year. They have helped us continue to put on these events and we couldn’t be more grateful.
• Following from this we would like to say a huge thank you to EKS and Fluidity for their generous sponsorship towards Theatre in the Park this year. Your donations have made the most positive impact on our summer season. Thank you!
• A big thank you goes out to staff member Tara Ludgate for raising a whopping £1,025 for a refurbishment of the garden at our home in Canterbury, Footprints.
• We are so grateful to the Rotary Club of Faversham – Community Chest for awarding Lady Dane Farmhouse £300 this month. This will allow us to secure our garden area before we buy some more garden furniture to replace the furniture which was stolen recently.
• Up next is a massive thank you for all of the recent donations we have received recently in memory of a few of our residents. These donations make a huge impact to our charity and help remember those that we have lost. Thank you!
• In addition to this we would like to say a thank you to everyone who donated to the much-loved website in memory of one of our residents Danielle, from this we have raised £156, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone’s support.
• Lastly, we would like to share our enormous thanks to the Freemasons group Sharpers Hall Lodge, Herne Bay for their absolutely amazing donation of £1000 to Lady Dane Farmhouse to help replace some of the recent garden furniture they had stolen.
