Kent Tribute Festival 2019 a great success

Unlike 2018, which saw torrential rain dampen both the grounds and the music lovers (if not their spirits!), we were treated to wall to wall sunshine and hot weather throughout the day as we all enjoyed a fantastic line up of tribute acts performing across two stages.

With the acts ranging from tributes to Elton John to Oasis and a great selection of food, drinks and other entertainment on offer, there really was something for the whole family to enjoy.

The day also saw us draw the winning tickets for our Sizzling Summer Prize Draw which we have been running over the past few months. There were some amazing prizes up for grabs, including an Aston Martin Driving Experience, event tickets and gift vouchers as well as many others. Thank you to all those who donated prizes and who supported us by selling and buying prize draw tickets. All winners have already been notified but please do contact us if you would like to check your tickets.

We are thrilled to say that the event has raised nearly £10,000 for Strode Park Foundation and this fantastic amount will go directly towards the wonderful work that the foundation does.

As ever, we would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved in the event, from the organisers, sponsors, performers and supporters, all of whom contributed to a really great day.

In particular, we would like to thank our amazing team of volunteers as, without their continuing hard work and dedication, our events would not be the success that they are.
