Volunteer of the Month – October
Volunteer of the Month October 2024...Ginette.
As we do every month, we have lots of amazing people, businesses, and organisations to thank and we want to share the wonderful ways in which they have and are continuing to support the charity and our work.
Without all of these supporters we would not be able to support our residents and clients the way we do.
To begin, we’d like to say thank you to:
• Herne Bay Crematorium Westerleigh Group who kindly donated £500 as a sponsor for our Christmas event this year. This money will help us make such a huge difference. THANK YOU!!
• Next up we have Active Life Heron’s Centre in Herne Bay who raised a whopping £913 at the 24hr swimathon and spontaneous event they did in aid of the Strode Park Foundation. Thank you!
• The Copper Pottle this month reached over £30,000 in their 9 years of fundraising, this is groundbreaking, and we could not be more grateful for all the hard work over their years of supporting the foundation. THANK YOU!!!
• We would also like to say a huge thank you to every single business that has donated a raffle prize or money toward our Big Christmas Draw, we absolutely could not do this without all! Thank you to:
